Misrepresented Facts - Family Law

Megan Card refuses proper service when dealing with pro se court proceedings. Megan Card also uses third party libelous unfiled "pettyfogging" complaints to defend her domestic abusive client. I will continue to request her disbarment from law in Thurston County & through Washington state bar association. Megan Card is a disservice to law and a dishonor to her peers.

Megan Card acted dishonestly through utilizing un-filed slanderous complaints in a family law case. A slanderous complaint written by Hoss Wilson Hoss, Nisqually Pines HOA Attorneys. She willfully & brazenly misrepresented facts. Her illicit abuse of the intent of law (restraints until 2099) has this school bus driver, health-care worker, Washington State Volunteer (sic now former WAEMD volunteer), restrained from her child. My x-husband is now suffering Card's exorbitant fees and fighting his disability. My x was very ill during court and Megan Card & the courts both refused to believe or hear me, esp after our amiable pro se divorce years and years prior ((Courtesy - Lloyd Oaks)). Megan stood before Cmmsr Lack and used deception to effect "service by e-mail" after producing a retaliatory HOA eviction, which denied me 10 years of recovery and everything I own after Katrina 2005. She also allowed for the death of my dog and my four parakeets.  I fully believe this woman should be disbarred. Not only was my x going septic during our initial family court proceeding, but my daughter is left without her mother & has a disabled incompetent father. Megan saw a cash cow, instead of a simple parenting plan, for a man, a US Veteran, who had serious medical issues.  Restraining me from my child, is EVIL.
